This page explains how you may use digital promotion materials supplied through Find In New York. It applies alongside the Terms of Use and the details in your order.
1. What you receive
Your order describes the event, formats, image ratio and number of files included. An Event Promotion Pack provides either seven countdown images and seven related AI promotion images, or ten of each, for one selected event and one ratio. Your order’s saved terms control if a different package is explicitly offered. Downloaded image files are the deliverables; editable source files, font files, software and the underlying template library are not included unless stated.
2. Permitted use
Subject to your valid purchase and these terms, you receive a non-exclusive permission to use the supplied final files to promote the event or organization identified in your order. You may post them on your website and social channels, include them in email or advertisements, and print them where the file resolution is suitable. You may resize or edit the final files for your campaign. You may share them with a designer, printer or marketing partner working on your behalf for this permitted purpose.
3. Your uploaded content
You retain the rights you hold in logos, photos and text you upload. You are responsible for having the permissions needed to use them, including any third-party trademarks, images and likenesses. Permission to use our final materials does not grant rights in someone else’s property. Avoid uploading content you do not have permission to use.
4. Templates, software and resale
The site’s template designs, source assets, fonts and software remain subject to their respective ownership and licenses. Do not extract or redistribute the template library, sell the supplied files as standalone stock or templates, sublicense them for unrelated customers, or claim exclusive ownership of shared design elements. An agency or partner may use the final files for your campaign, but does not receive an independent right to resell the underlying assets.
5. AI-generated images and text
AI output may contain visual or factual mistakes and may not be unique. Review it before publishing, including event details, spelling, people, logos and any apparent third-party rights. We do not promise exclusive rights or that every generated element qualifies for copyright protection. Do not use a generated image to misrepresent an actual performer, venue, sponsor or event experience. You remain responsible for the final context in which you publish it.
6. Subscription access and downloaded files
When a subscription is cancelled, access to download subscription-funded materials is paused. A verified resubscription restores access to previously generated materials, subject to the account and purchase remaining valid. Rejoining does not automatically create a new generation allowance for an existing paid period. Files already lawfully downloaded may continue to be used for their permitted purpose; access to download them again follows your current plan status.
7. File issues and rights concerns
If a file is missing, damaged or inconsistent with the purchased package, open a support request from your portal and select the relevant order. For an intellectual-property concern, identify the file, the rights involved and how we can contact you. We may restrict disputed material while reviewing a report. Nothing in this license limits mandatory rights or remedies that apply to your purchase.
